MISSION & HISTORY.
Our Story
BTRF was born from a vision to see historic Black towns across the South flourish as vibrant, thriving communities. Recognizing the challenges these towns face, from economic hardships to the risk of cultural erosion, we established BTRF as a conduit for change. Our journey began with the idea that connecting these communities with dedicated donors and investors could ignite a renaissance of development and cultural pride.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower historically Black towns by facilitating crowdfunding for essential development projects. We focus on reviving the downtown districts, supporting local businesses, and preserving the unique cultural heritage that each town holds. We're not just about funding; we're about building lasting relationships and fostering community engagement.
